Something a little different today.
My enamel story really started when I was lucky enough to be a student at Penland for a summer session.
One of the techniques I learned was working with China paint. It acts much like a watercolor. After the pieces are enameled you basically paint on them using them as glass canvas. I’ve been inspired to paint during this lock down so I’m going to give it a go. It’s been years so I’m not expecting a masterpiece but more of a creative outlet.
Are you trying anything new? I’d love to hear it! Or tag me on posts of your projects so I can see!
