In continuation with Monday’s post, I mentioned for you to take a look at what foods it is that you are fuelling your body with.
So what did you find? Did you notice anything that you are consuming too much of? Or perhaps you are consuming too little of something else? Do you drink enough water or is your day full of coffee, tea, fizzy drinks and the like? Are you eating nutritious, natural and wholesome foods or are you eating while on the move or getting by on processed meals, convenience foods and anything out of a packet? •
We are what we eat is one of the truest sayings that I have ever heard and for so many years I didn’t even think about what I was eating but it’s something we should really all keep in mind.
If you are eating processed foods, junk and your body is constantly dehydrated and crying out for some water, not only will you not feeling your best or acting to the best of your ability, your body will not have the ability to heal and regenerate and that is when illness and dis-ease can set in.
Think of ways today that you can begin to make small, healthy changes to the food you choose to eat and begin to incorporate them into your life so you can begin to feel the benefits and we will catch up and continue tomorrow...
