Recipe below 👇🏻
1tbsp hoisin sauce
1tbsp reduced salt soy sauce, 1/2tbsp
oyster sauce, 2tbsp
sweet chilli sauce, 8 sprays of fry light oil, 500g chicken chopped into pieces, salt and pepper, 1 1/2tbsp Siriacha sauce, 1scoop of
0 sweetener, 2 shallots finely chopped, 2 garlic cloves minced,
1 red pepper sliced, 2 spring onions, 2 medium courgettes ribboned.
Marinate the chicken in the sweet chilli sauce and sweetener.
Heat the pan and spray with oil, add the chicken and marinade. Cool until browned. Season
Make the sauce whilst chicken cooks. Simply mix together the hoisin sauce, soy sauce & sweet chilli sauce. Add the shallots, ginger, pepper and cook for few minutes until softened. Add the sauce.
If too thick add some water. Add the courgettes and spring onions and cook couple mins.
